I\u2019ve had the pleasure of working with Teva<\/strong> for several years, and they\u2019re one of those dream teams…smart, collaborative, and creatively fearless. So when they reached out for help developing a motion graphics package<\/strong> for their annual Brand Conference, the answer was immediate: absolutely.<\/em><\/p>

The project was rooted in flexibility. Using design elements created by the talented team at <\/strong>Famous Charm, <\/a>I built a modular motion design system<\/strong> that could adapt to a variety of use cases…from speaker introductions to background loops and title overlays. The goal was to create something visually cohesive, technically robust, and easy for editors to use without ever touching a keyframe.<\/p>

Leaning on my background in both design and code<\/strong>, I approached the build like a motion engineer. In After Effects<\/strong>, I developed a template architecture driven entirely by control panels<\/strong> in Premiere Pro<\/strong>\u00a0allowing editors to make changes in real time without compromising animation integrity.<\/p>

Every asset, from color systems to squiggly graphic variations, was parameterized (that’s a real word). Editors could:<\/p>

  • Swap brand colors<\/strong> via dropdown menus.<\/p><\/li>

  • Change text and names dynamically<\/strong> with instant animation updates.<\/p><\/li>

  • Loop animations seamlessly<\/strong> without re-rendering.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    This approach combined design system logic<\/strong> with motion design theory<\/strong>: balance, repetition, and rhythm. All delivered through a technical framework that made iteration effortless.<\/p>

    The motion language was designed to echo Teva\u2019s brand personality:\u00a0 organic, kinetic, and full of warmth<\/strong>. Each transition was crafted with motion hierarchy in mind<\/strong>, guiding attention where it mattered while maintaining harmony across the system.<\/p>

    The end result was a living motion toolkit:<\/strong>\u00a0scalable, intuitive, and empowering for editors to customize on the fly. It streamlined Teva\u2019s content creation process and provided a motion foundation they continue to build upon for future events.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
