Rebels on Air

A series of videos that I cut for Nike Emerging Markets, and one the most unique that I have worked on in a while. Utilizing the Instagram Story feature, I edited 8 individual videos (per social media superstar) to be uploaded in a specific sequence. Each person featured a different Nike footwear release, and I really wanted to make the edits more about the person(s) and their journey/story and less of an overt product feature. I think these have a nice balance…but still get Nike in front of the millions of followers each person has. It’s weird to think that these were only viewable for 24 hours before they disappeared from the users feed. And also I had to edit them in a crazy vertical orientation that kind of freaked my brain out a little when I started the project. Don’t worry, I’m fine now. I did the edit, music mixing, color correction. Oh, and they’re in Spanish…
