I’ve had the pleasure of working with Teva for a while now, and I can honestly say that they are some of the greatest folks to work with. Smart, funny, and there’s a lot of trust between us. So when they called for help with creating a motion package for their Brand Conference, it wasn’t even a discussion…just a ‘yep’, and then we dug in.
Taking some design elements Teva had created by the talented folks at Famous Charm, I set out to make the easiest and most flexible motion templates I could.
Truth be told, having spent the early part of my design career writing a lot of code, I get sort of into building components in After Effects. It’s so nerdy, but it makes life so easy later.

Can be controlled by this in Premiere Pro:
Neat, huh? Just drop an element over video, change the color to one of the predetermined Brand colors, and you’re done. It’s already animated and looping seamlessly!
Same thing for the Name Cards introducing speakers at the conference. Change the text in the control panel and boom, animated and looping. You can also dynamically switch out squiggly graphics with a simple drop down menu.
Nerds rule.
